How Do I Update My Contact Information?

A step-by-step guide to update the contact information in your existing account with SSA.

So you got a new phone number or email... what's next?

Let's get your information updated on your account! Below is a step-by-step guide to update your contact information in your existing account with Student Success Agency.

  1. Enter your new phone number in our Welcome Screen and press the "Let's go!" button.

  2. Since you are updating your existing account, click "I already have an account".

  3. Enter your identifying information here and click the "Next" button.

  4. Scroll or type your school name in the search bar and select your school from the list.

  5. Choose the type of information you need to update (phone number or email)

** If you are trying to enter an email or phone number you used when you signed up, you will get an error saying "Cannot verify information". If you receive this error, please follow the steps here for steps to log into your account.

You are now logged into your SSA account! 🎉
