How Do I Log Back Into My Account?

A step-by-step guide to log back into your account after your initial sign up.

Having trouble logging back into your account? We got you!

When logging back in after your initial sign up, you will be met with our Welcome Screen:

Step by Step:

1. Tap "I already have an account"

2. Type in the email or phone number you used to sign up and click "Send my log in code"

** Pro tip: be sure to double check your entry. If you misspell your phone number or email, you won't be able to log in. If you need additional help or you can't remember your log in information, send us a message here in Intercom.

3. You should be seeing the screen below that prompts you to enter your one-time passcode you received in your email or texts. Enter the passcode and you should be logged in! 😎

**If you did not receive a code, press "Resend code" to resend one to your phone number or email.
