Below I will map out each step to sign up for Student Success Agency.
Download our Winbox app by tapping on this link or search "Winbox" in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app and type in your phone number or email address into the white box and press the "Let's go!" button
Are you a new star in our sky?✨ If so, click the "I am a new student"
If you have signed up before or have ever had an agent in the past, you can click the "I already have an account" button and follow these steps to finish signing in.
Choose your current school by typing in the name or scrolling through the list.
Enter your high school graduation year and click the "Next" button.
Enter your legal first name and legal last name as it appears on your birth certificate (you can enter a preferred name later). Click "Next".
Enter your date of birth in month, day, year format (MM/DD/YYYY). Click "Next".
Choose your sex at birth (you can identify your gender on your profile).
Do you have a different name you go by? If so, press the "Yes" button and enter your preferred name in the next screen. If not, press "No".
Review your information and click the "Create Account" button.
If you accidentally typed in any of your information wrong, you can click the "Need help? Message SSA" button, and someone from our Winbox Product Support Team will help get that updated for you.
