Front Line Educator Experience Overview

A guide to navigate you through our Front Line Educator experience in the Winbox.

Home Tab

  • Use the Search My Winbox bar to perform a text search across all content within your account. This includes Students, Opportunities your students are involved in, Plans, and Milestones.

  • Recently Viewed

    • Anytime you open a student opportunity, plan, or session, it will appear here for easy access. The last 10 items you’ve viewed are shown, so you can quickly jump back to where you left off.

Students Tab

  • There are two main views available in this section: Roster and Insights.

    • Roster

      • A list of your students, searchable by name

      • You can access student profiles from this list.

      • Student List Icons

        Student Opportunities

        Sparks

        Student Plans

        Milestones

        Steps

    • Insights

      • The Insights view provides useful, real-time information about students that does not include support service data (yet).

        • Key features include

          • Groupings and Demographics - View organized data about your student population.

          • Shared Priorities - See which priorities are most common among students.

          • Most Popular Sparks - Sparks are displayed from most to least popular.

          • Grade and Graduation Year Groupings - Analyze students by grade level or expected graduation year.

          • Student Attribute list - The Student Attributes list provides additional details and filters, including whether a student:

            • Has a consent form submitted

            • Has push notifications enabled

            • Has the Winbox installed

            • Can be contacted outside of the app

Time for a refresh (banner)

  • This banner appears when you are using an outdated version of the app. It prompts you to update to the latest version to ensure full functionality and access to new features.
